Ciao Italia an Italian village in Serres Castet from June 4 to 12

The Villart association has already come to delight us with the best of Italy, the village first installed in Pau is moving to Serres Castet Parc Liben on Saturday June 4, next to the municipal stadium. Mario Grosso is a restaurant owner in San Remo, he cooks here for visitors to the Italian village. He came accompanied by Rosalie with his arms loaded with delicious products, Millésimé prosecco, panettone, delicious little biscuits called Amaretti and then cheeses including a parmesan matured for 27 months.

Mario Grosso is going to cook gnocchi for us, be careful, real fresh potatoes with gorgonzola, escalopes with Marsala and of course Milanaise!

For a week Italy offers itself to us with its unique and festive atmosphere. All Italian products will not be lacking in cold meats, parmesan, artisan pasta, antipasti, panettone, amaretti, Sicilian wines, marsala, Limoncello, grappa, condiments, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and the Sora Nella trattoria at the old one.

All the Italian culture with a magnificent program!
