Since May 13, Christophe Hondelatte has been back on television. The famous journalist is now offering a television adaptation of his program “Hondelatte tells”, which has long been broadcast on the radio and in which he recounts sordid criminal cases and miscellaneous facts.
Christophe Hondelatte is therefore once again delighting fans of “True Crime” since the most chilling and shocking stories will be told on his show broadcast every weekend in prime time on Canal + Docs.
On this occasion, the journalist gave an interview to TV Mag and, against all odds, gave his opinion on the Pierre Palmade affair. On February 10, the famous humorist had caused a terrible accident while driving under the influence of drugs. An accident which also had dramatic consequences since a woman injured during the collision lost her baby when she was six months pregnant. Pending his trial, Pierre Palmade is currently hospitalized at the Bordeaux University Hospital, the judge having considered that his state of health does not allow him to be imprisoned.
A situation that shocks Christophe Hondelatte: “Some of the news channels, in particular BFMTV, made their honey of it for almost a fortnight, knowing nothing, drawing plans on the comet, interviewing people whose testimonies were questionable, in particular his former lovers“he apologized.
“I am not friends with Palmade and don’t have much empathy for him. For having met him several times, he is a guy who is not very pleasant to interviewbecause he is always on the defensive“, he then declared before specifying that he is however “against dragging it through the mud”.
