Christophe Galtier will no longer be the coach of Paris Saint-Germain next season, learned France Bleu Paris from a source familiar with the matter. The adventure of the French technician on the PSG bench will end with the reception of Clermont at the Parc des Princes, Saturday June 3, on behalf of the 38th and last day of Ligue 1.

Christophe Galtier, 56, will not honor the second year of his contract. Arrived last summer from Nice to succeed the Argentinian Mauricio Pochettino, he will leave PSG with a title of champion of France by being leader from the first to the 38th day of the championship, a first in the history of Ligue 1. He had yet assured, on April 20 at a press conference, to plan for the club next season and work “on architecture” of the future workforce.

Since the takeover of the club by Qatar in the summer of 2011, Christophe Galtier is the seventh coach to have sat on the PSG bench. Contacted, the club has, for the time being, refused to comment.
