Christophe Carrière openly accuses Gilles Verdez (TPMP) of “raising the extreme right”

Thunderbolt: Christophe Carrière, journalist and ex-columnist of the show “Touche pas à mon poste”, made incendiary remarks about one of his former comrades… In the Jordan de Luxe show broadcast on the channel C8, Christophe Carrière violently takes down Gilles Verdez, faithful to his post for almost 11 years. “He totally twisted”, he declared at the microphone of the People specialist. The reason for his anger? The “committed” speeches of Gilles Verdez, which would contribute to making “rising the extreme right in France.”

Gilles Verdez, accused by Christophe Carrière of “raising the extreme right”

“What bullshit can he say!” we can hear him say about the main person concerned. “He twisted, he completely twisted Gilles. We will say it: he is far left. Comments like his, the reasoning he uses, make the extreme right rise. That’s why they go up, obviously. It’s totally counterproductive not to have a sense of reality.”

We might then expect him to be as virulent towards the show’s conductor, the illustrious Cyril Hanouna… Well, that’s not the case. On the contrary, the latter affirms that they still get along very well: “We have zero problems. We parted on good terms (…) That’s why we’re not angry and we talk well.”
