Christophe Beaugrand announces leaving LCI

After more than 23 years of good and loyal service, Christophe Beaugrand is preparing to turn a beautiful and long professional page. As he told his subscribers on X, the journalist and host will leave LCI this Sunday, December 24, 2023for a well-deserved promotion on TF1. From January 8, 2024he will officiate in the TF1 morning news called Good morning, and which will be worn by Bruce Toussaint, leaving BFMTV. The two journalists will be surrounded daily by other key faces of the group, such as Ange Noiret, Karima Charni, Adrien Gindre, Hélène Mannarino, Laurent Mariotte and Anaïs Grangerac, but also new recruits drawn to the competition, like Benjamin Müller stung KindergartensMonique Younès stung Indulgeand Maud Descamps and Vincent Valinducq stung Telematin.

A career in constant progression

Arriving on LCI in 2000 when he was only 23 years old, Christophe Beaugrand worked as a joker on the news channel’s newspapers for seven years. It was in 2009 that he was entrusted with the reins of his own show, alongside Erika Moulet. From 2010 to 2016, he presented the media show with Julien Arnaud The Mediasphere, before gradually gaining ground on TF1. From 2018 to 2020, he was a columnist for the morning show presented by Pascale de la Tour du Pin, then in 2019 he took over the weekend show It’s going to make noise.
