A fire, possibly caused by the lights of a Christmas tree, killed three members of a family on Christmas Day.
Emergency services were called for a residential fire on Saturday morning in Quakertown, a suburb of Philadelphia.
Police report the deaths of three people, Eric King and his two sons, in the blaze, according to CNN.
Eric King’s wife and another of their children were rescued from the burning house and hospitalized for burns and smoke inhalation.
The exact cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed, but everything suggests that the Christmas lights in the family tree may have started the fire, CNN reports.
A GoFundMe page has been launched to help family members who survived the tragic event.
