Yesterday, Tuesday June 21, 2022, some television channels devoted their evening to the Fête de la Musique. This is particularly the case of France 2 which organized a great evening live from Montpellier presented by Laury Thilleman and Garou. Even on the news channels, some wanted to feast and wiggle their hips. In Facing the news on CNews, Christine Kelly saw two individuals burst onto her set as her show was coming to an end. “What is it? But what is going on?”, chanted the journalist caught off guard.
The former columnist of “Touche pas à mon poste” then sketched a broad smile when she recognized Pascal Praud and another personality of the chain, responsible for this happening. The two men, telephone and music in hand, walked behind the columnists, dancing and proclaiming: “Bah, it’s the Music Festival, isn’t it?”. Enough to make fun of the journalist who still decided to get up from her seat and follow the dance steps of her colleagues. “But you will end up at the NUPES!“, then launches Marc Menant, editorial writer for the show.
A few weeks ago, the man who threatened the journalist with death was arrested. For more than a year, Christine Kelly lived in fear that her life would be taken. “I took a lot. I don’t tolerate any will to hurt, for free […] Who has ever survived months or weeks of death threats while working? Thank you for your testimony. It can help” she explained in particular on social networks. Threats which were probably closely linked to the presence of Eric Zemmour, then a simple polemicist, in his show on CNews. The defendant would be Patrick K., a 50-year-old Cameroonian computer scientist , married to a Frenchwoman, and who he lives in Eure-et-Loir.He has already been sentenced four times, in particular for contempt of person depositary of public authority.
