After the scare, it’s time for a little rebirth for Christian Eriksen. The 29-year-old player, who had suffered a heart attack during the last Euro and who had not stepped on the pitch since, signed up for six months with the Brentford club on Monday January 31.
The Dane is back in the Premier League after playing six and a half seasons at Tottenham between 2013 and 2020. Eriksen terminated his contract with Inter Milan on December 17, unable to play in Italy following heart surgery during which an automatic defibrillator had been implanted in him.
