Christa Grass from Pfaffenhoffen, best gastronome of Club Prosper Montagné

Christa came up with a recipe for “potato variations in three textures accompanied by beef rolls”.

She explains to us her passion for cooking, her preparations, and the course of the event at the remaining Rosenmeer of Hubert Maetz.

Pascal Bastian, two-starred chef at Cheval Blanc in Lembach, was president of the jury, accompanied by Jean-Georges Klein, Alberto Bradi, Patrick Fritz and Robert Schildknecht.
