Chocolates from Confiserie des Arcades have been pleasing your taste buds for generations

A few weeks before Easter, chocolates are more than welcome.

Since Antiquity, the egg has symbolized rebirth, fertility and life. This symbol, recovered by the Catholic Church, marks the end of the deprivations imposed by Lent.

During the fast, the eggs could not be eaten but the hens continued to lay, they then began to decorate them and then to offer them, and it was not until the 19th century when the technique was mastered, that the first chocolate eggs appeared.

Today, to the delight of children (and adults), chocolate eggs have become chickens, rabbits, teddy bears… The range is endless in both form and flavor.

For Tristan Thomas of the Arcades Confectionery, a good chocolate is a 100% cocoa butter chocolate but it is above all the chocolate that we love. On good terms…!
