This place, at the start, is a great meeting between Manu, a former restaurateur, and Olivier, a chocolate maker. The first discovered the concept during a first life in the United States and the other thanks to his experience in both the chocolate industry and the Bean to Bar. They then become friends and, when the opportunity arises, they seize the opportunity to combine skills and passion by creating this chocolate factory.

Origins, a new chocolate factory arriving in December 2021 within Darwin in Bordeaux. Manu and Olivier produce organic chocolate there from cocoa beans using the bean to bar method (from the bean to the bar). Back to the origins of the trades of yesteryear with one objective, to restore the typicality of taste to each production of chocolate.
In their range of chocolates, they offer during the summer season, a range of artisanal ice creams. In their range of 7 flavors, a chocolate flavor between ice cream and sorbet, with chocolate straight from Peru at 70% content. A light ice cream in the mouth, not too greasy and ultra gourmet.
The price of a scoop of ice cream: 3 euros. To be tasted directly at the chocolate factory in Darwin (right bank in Bordeaux) in the Ecosystem and also to be able to visit the place and its manufacture.
