Chocolate and its treasures at the “Le Chardon Bleu” chocolate pastry shop in Saint Just Saint Rambert

The “Le Chardon Bleu” ice cream and chocolate pastry shop, an institution since 1992

The LE CHARDON BLEU pastry shop was founded by Mr. Louis DETHEVE in 1952, succeeded by Mr. Roland MOUNARD in 1970. Since 1992, the succession has been ensured by Mr. and Mrs. BUISSON Olivier. Since March 2000, LE CHARDON BLEU welcomes you in a more spacious space, a contemporary setting linked to more rustic furniture which gives you a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Chardon Bleu pastry shop develops only homemade products, in the four areas that make up our business: pastry ice cream chocolate confectionery The pastries are very varied, from the most ancestral such as Millefeuille, Saint Honoré, to special personalized desserts, cabbage and macaroons cakes, tiered desserts on display or American cake style. To respond to allergy problems, you will find in our shop cakes without flour, without sugar, desserts without almonds, hazelnuts or peanuts so that you can have your birthday cake like everyone else. Since January 2009, the Pâtisserie Le Chardon Bleu has been offering pastry lessons in a wide variety of themes: macaroons lessons, choux pastry, pies, birthday cakes, plated desserts… These pastry lessons take place on Saturdays after noon from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and are open to everyone (from 12 to … years old). These trainings are given by Mr Buisson Olivier and Mr Roze Jérémy.
