We think of Chinon, and here we are immediately in the front row of the cheeky and unifying bistro where very fresh Cabernet Franc leads the way on beautiful goose rillettes. We also think of rich texture and bright fruity highlights, slightly peppery. An organic red that we never tire of, because of its first-rate delicacy. (5) ©
