The first tests reveal that Anna is allergic to powdered milk. Doctors are seeing more and more food allergies in children. 6 to 8% of those under 18 are affected. They were only 2% in 2002. The increase is spectacular and multifactorial. This increase is due to genetics, environment and processed food.

Allergists speak of a public health problem. In principle, the presence of allergens must be indicated on food labels, but this is not always the case. Some experts also believe that their list should be updated, as with lentils and peas.
