(Montreal) It will be the turn of the early childhood center workers who are members of FSSS unions to walk out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Monday, it is those of the Federation of interveners in early childhood, affiliated to the CSQ, who walked out.
Also on Monday, the Federation of Health and Social Services, affiliated with the CSN, had a day of negotiations with government representatives. She is due to meet them again on Thursday. The FSSS believes it is far from an agreement with Quebec. She has scheduled several days of negotiation throughout the month of November.
On Thursday, negotiations must also resume with the CSQ’s FIPEQ, which reduced its demands a week ago in order to reach an agreement with Quebec.
The CSQ federation also unveiled on Monday the results of a survey of its members, which indicates that 69% of them have considered quitting their work, over the past three years, because of the exhaustion they feel.
