This is a Sangiovese that makes you “salivate”, as if the saliva were constantly swallowed to, ultimately, pull itself together in the mid-palate under tannins whose impact gently firmed up the finish. The whole is well framed, with a fruitiness of ripe cherry which we know full well will please your tomato ravioli. (5)
