Emmanuel Macron indeed emerged victorious. Another particularity of the constituency, it has 13 candidates in the legislative elections and is one of those with the most. Among them, Fadila Khattabi, outgoing deputy and Renaissance candidate, invested by the party of Emmanuel Macron and given favorite.
“If we do not have the majority, we are heading towards a cohabitation which would be harmful for the country”, she judges. On the left, some dissidents at Nupes arouse bitterness in candidate Patricia Marc (Nupes). “It’s obvious that they are playing Emmanuel Macron’s game”, she laments.
