Two people were seriously injured when they left the road in Sainte-Rose-de-Watford, in Chaudière-Appalaches.
The accident took place at approximately 4:40 pm on Route 204 West, near address 143. One of the occupants of the vehicle was ejected. The other got stuck in the windshield, said the spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec (SQ). The two people were taken to the nearest hospital center. We fear for their lives.
Speed could be one of the factors contributing to the loss of control of the vehicle, specified the spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec. An investigator and a reconstructionist are on the scene.
Route 204 was closed.
