What is astonishing once again is this delicate and lively “touch in the mouth”, this finely fruity texture whose rounded grain of tannins remains constantly under tension, opening the palate wide and prolonging it for a long time. Cabernet Franc as I like it, with its barely peppery floral notes. (5+)
