The strong heat wave in Gironde this year is transforming Bordeaux wine. But it never looked so good to me. And diverse. This organic from the Laurent family is a credible example: not at all austere, but rich in color and tannins, fleshed out with a consistent fruitiness and superb chewiness. (5) ©
