After forming a duo for several years with Slimane, Vitaa has decided to go back on her own.
Besides, Diam’s BFF
said earlier this year that she planned to retire soon. In fact, she wants to slow down to concentrate on her family life.
“These are perhaps the best years of my children and I say to myself: “Am I not missing out on things?” I try to split myself into four parts and do everything but this is not obvious“, has explained Vitaa
at the microphone of Purecharts. Before continuing: “I think that the longer things go, the more I like being less in the spotlight. I take great pleasure in working for others. The more time passes, the more I like doing that. So maybe I’m will see a little less in the coming years.
But before that, Vitaa
will make its return to stores this Friday, October 6, 2023 with an opus bearing the name of its real first name: Charlotte.

Expect a more personal project! Indeed, Vitaa intends to deliver like never before. A few hours before the release of Charlotte, the mother teased what she had in store for us in her songs. “My name is Charlotte. Just saying it, you don’t know what it costs me. I hate my first name”she first wrote on her X account.
But Slimane’s sidekick didn’t stop there since she made sad confidences. “I never really loved myself. I created Vitaa to feel stronger. But in truth, I am a girl full of doubts… My greatest success is my children. The most big tour of my career, I did it with my daughter in my arms”, she added. Before concluding : “My driving force is my audience. My name is Charlotte, and I decided to tell you everything”. We just have to wait.
