Traveling on November 13, 2021 in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Prince Albert of Monaco made a more than noticed appearance. Expected on the arm of his wife, Charlene of Monaco – whom he married in 2011 – the Monegasque prince created a surprise by appearing in the company of his sister and his nephews.
Going to the 2020 Universal Exhibition – which takes place from October 1, 2021 until March 31, 2022 -, Albert II was present as part of Monaco’s National Day which will take place on November 19 in Monaco. We therefore discovered him in the company of his sister Stéphanie de Monaco who, for the occasion, was accompanied not only by his daughter Camille Gottlieb but also by Louis Ducruet and his wife Marie Chevallier (whom he married in 2019) . A courtesy visit made in family therefore, but which unfortunately took place without the presence of Charlene of Monaco.
Charlene of Monaco, still too fragile?
After having stayed in South Africa during her eight months of convalescence in South Africa – following her health problems – Charlene of Monaco was finally able to return to her husband and her children Jacques and Gabriella (6 years old) on the 8th last november. This is wonderful news for the Monegasque royal family, but which was nevertheless accompanied by a slight controversy. Indeed, in one of the photos of the reunion, the former swimmer no longer had her wedding ring on her finger. An oversight that has revived the rumors of marital problems that have stuck with the princely couple for several months now.
Still in remission, Charlene of Monaco has probably opted for a little rest following her last hospitalization. The princess was hospitalized on September 1 under an assumed name at Netcare Alberlito Hospital in Ballito (South Africa). An intervention during which the 43-year-old former swimmer would have made a decompensation, a psychotic episode during which she would have lost all her means. “She injured her companion, the two security officers intervened to try to calm her (…) The scene was absolutely terrible“, said a source.
