This Saturday, June 11, Chantal Ladesou was the guest of Nikos Aliagas in the show 50′ Inside on TF1. This interview was an opportunity for the 74-year-old actress to look back on her career but also on her personal life. During this exchange with Nikos Aliagas, Chantal Ladesou made rare confidences about her husband Michel Ansault, whom she kindly made fun of in her show My husband in 2009. “I have the same husband for 47 years, she confided. It’s been quite a few years though. It happened so fast!” The secret of their longevity according to Chantal Ladesou? “We tell each other the real things and we don’t let things drag on.”
During this portrait with Nikos Aliagas, Chantal Ladesou also returned to the tragic death of her son Alix which occurred in 1996, when he was only 21 years old. The young man lost his life in a car accident … A painful episode to which the comedian returned: “I had prepared a piece before losing it. I can still see myself crying in my dressing room. My comrades forced me to come back on stage, and when I got on stage, I played differently. I did something else but it helped me terribly.” Speaking of stage, Chantal Ladesou shared the poster for the play Nelson in 2014 with her 33-year-old daughter, Clémence Ansault, also an actress. Facing Nikos Aliagas, Chantal Ladesou delivered an astonishing anecdote about her daughter: “My daughter wanted to be behind the camera, she confided. She went to film school. One day, she said to me: “Are you coming to see me? I’m at the theatre. She hadn’t told me that she was putting on a play. I went to see her and I thought it was really good!”
A “pretty classic” grandmother
In a relationship with Antoine Van Den Broek d’Obrenan, Clémence Ansault is the mother of three children including Georges (5 years old) and Gabrielle (4 years old) and a third born in February 2021 who are also the three grandchildren of Chantal Ladesou. In addition, his son Julien and his partner Pauline Lefèvre gave birth to twins in December 2020. In 50′ Inside, Chantal Ladesou also took the opportunity to confide in her role as a grandmother. A role that she notably embodied in the cinema in What is this granny?! in 2009. “I’m a pretty classic grandmother, kind of grandma cake. I like to make my grandchildren laugh”, she confessed. No doubt that her grandchildren should not be bored with a granny like her!
