Here is a cuvée whose Pinot Noir left to rest on slats for 24 months exerts on the palate, and without the slightest sweetness, a tension both vertical by its fruity flight and horizontal by its relief of well-born Pinot. A demanding bubble, full of character, not cutesy for two cents. Great table champagne. (5+)
