Our wine merchant Xavier Brousse, In Vino Veritas rue Lafayette in Saint-Sever, advises us on champagnes from artisans, owners and, failing that, very good sparkling wines. Champagnes and sparkling wines that are good to taste in a rather flared flute, the ideal being the goblet or even a classic wine glass. THE current trend is for fine bubbles and champagne can very well accompany the whole meal, including rosé champagnes for example.

Who says digestive in the Landes and Gascony says Armagnac of course. To find a good Armagnac, head to the estates of our producers and if it’s too late go to the wine merchants, remembering to ask them for the time spent in the barrel of the famous beverage.
If you prefer a good whiskey, you will find at all the good professionals very good French whiskey or good vodka to make good cocktails, for example with the exotic fruits of the moment.
