Ève Grossot and her parents, Corinne and Jean-Pierre, cultivate 18 hectares, mostly near the village of Fleys, on the right bank to the south-east of the Grands Crus.

From the Premier Cru Les Fourneaux, they produced this magnificent 2019 – an excellent vintage, which produced wines that were ripe, but also endowed with a lot of freshness and minerality.
The wine offers a fine nose, with ripe fruit with accents of mirabelle plum, pear and peach, a hint of almond and fresh cream. The mouth shows substance, but is also tense and saline. Delicate bitters add relief to a long mineral finish.
Ample, tonic and very harmonious, it is already delicious, but will also benefit from a stay in the cellar. Salmon with white butter sauce, avocado with shrimps, veal chop with mushrooms.
