(Toronto) Bell apologized on Monday for making an incorrect time change on the phones of some of its customers.
The company explained that there had been an issue with its system, but it has now been resolved.
Customers have complained on social media about disruptions in their morning due to the error.
According to Bell, users may need to restart their device or briefly switch their phone to airplane mode to resolve the issue.
Bell spokesperson Caroline Audet said the company thanked all users for their patience.
Daylight saving time is expected to end on the night of November 6 to 7 when the clocks will be moved back one hour to return to normal time.
