Despite all the dread it can cause, sometimes the unthinkable happens. Trois-Rivières had a sad reminder this evening of July 31, 2007, when a 9-year-old girl was kidnapped near a park by a stranger. The days following the disappearance of Cédrika Provencher plunged into anguish a community already in shock.
