Séverine Longhini is heard by the gendarmes in a police station in Lescure d’Albigeois (Tarn). The new companion of Cédric Jubillar was arrested very early in the morning of Wednesday, December 15 in his home which was the subject of a search. A judicial source affirms that Séverine Longhini is questioned for “concealment of corpse”. “She continues to maintain that for her, Cédric Jubillar is innocent and that therefore, she denies any involvement of any kind in the disappearance of Mrs. Jubillar”, says Maitre Johann Ricci, his lawyer.
Séverine Longhini had been a friend of the Jubillar couple for several years. The young woman had approached Cédric Jubillar after the disappearance of his wife Delphine, and had even participated in the beatings organized in the hope of finding her. During the arrest of Cédric Jubillar, who is still imprisoned, the young woman asserted the innocence of her new companion. A year after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, her body remains untraceable.
