The current companion of Cédric Jubillar was arrested and taken into custody on Wednesday December 15 in the morning, nearly a year after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar in the Tarn, Franceinfo learned from a source close to the investigation.
Cédric Jubillar is indicted for intentional homicide in this case and has been in pre-trial detention since June 2021, but he has challenged these charges several times in court.
Cédric Jubillar reported the disappearance of his wife, Delphine, on December 16, 2020 and explained that she had gone out in the middle of the night to walk the dogs, without ever coming back and leaving behind their two children. After the opening of an investigation for worrying disappearance at first, a judicial investigation for “arrest, kidnapping, detention or sequestration” was finally opened a week later, then reclassified as “intentional homicide”.
