Incarcerated for more than three years, Cédric Jubillar will be tried in court in the spring of 2025 for intentional homicide of a spouse, ordered the Toulouse Court of Appeal on Thursday September 26. A relief for the family of Delphine Jubillar.
For the first time, Delphine Jubillar’s cousin agreed to testify. The family has been waiting for answers for almost four years. For her, the referral to Cédric Jubillar’s court is a relief. “What I want above all is for Cédric to speak, to say what he did and where she is”asks Lolita Cavailles, cousin of Delphine Jubillar, Thursday September 26. For her, Cédric Jubillar is guilty. “Little by little, seeing the way he was, I said to myself ‘he did something to her’”she explains.
She and her family are present to support the Jubillar couple’s two children. Louis, 10, and Aya, 5, had to learn to live without their parents. “Louis must always keep Delphine inside him and wait to find out what happened to his mother”says Lolita Cavailles. Cédric Jubillar has always proclaimed his innocence. Incarcerated for more than three years, he will be tried in the spring of 2025.
