Who is Severine really? His first name hit the headlines in 2021, in the context of the Jubillar affair. This 40-year-old caregiver and mother of two grown children suddenly saw herself in the spotlight because she became the companion of the number suspect in the disappearance of the nurse from Cagnac-les-Mines, Delphine Jubillar. By revealing her couple with the presumed culprit, she found herself as one of the protagonists of this file without a crime scene, body or confession. In the magazine Paris Match, she decided to look back on her experience and wants to restore things. She wants us to know what was her relationship with the famous inmate of the Toulouse-Seysses prison and what remains of their relationship.
During a search for Delphine Jubillar after her disappearance on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, Séverine found a sweater. It was then that she contacted the missing woman’s husband to tell him of her find. One thing leading to another, they see each other and a couple is born. The bad reputation of the painter-plasterer does not bother her: they then begin an affair and she even rubs shoulders with the young children of her companion, Louis and Elyah. But shortly after the start of their adventure in the spring of 2021, Cédric Jubillar is imprisoned for spousal homicide. Today, faced with the investigation which is progressing slowly, what place does Séverine have?
Shortly before his arrest, the couple between Cédric and Séverine was already damaged. She had caught him chatting with another girl on the networks. “He denies, but, for Séverine, it’s the end of their story”writes the magazine Paris Match. A romance that cost her a lot: members of her family who turned against her and she lived a traumatic police custody for concealment of a corpse – the gendarmes wanted to know if the alleged culprit had given her any particular confidences. She came out free, claiming to know nothing. A break that did not prevent Cédric Jubillar from sending him fiery letters from his cell. It must be said that Séverine is one of the few to support the man with provocative behavior. She came to see him last July during one of his auditions to bring him some comfort.
Séverine had already participated in a documentary on the Jubillar mystery, broadcast on RMC Story. With her outspokenness, she had already wanted to reestablish her truth. When asked about the fact that she dated a man accused of murdering his wife, she replied that you don’t judge a person without proof. Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until the final judgment of this case.
