Cédric Jubillar shouting at Delphine to “kneel down and lower your eyes”, a disconcerting revelation…

In a few weeks, a sad anniversary will be celebrated: the two years of the disappearance of the Tarn nurse, Delphine Jubillar. Since December 16, 2020, she has not given any sign of life, leaving her loved ones in the greatest disarray, including her two young children, Louis and Elyah. Her husband Cédric, with whom she was in divorce proceedings, is currently in pre-trial detention for spousal homicide. While he denies the charges against him, his requests for release have all been denied. A case that interested the journalist from Point Valentine Arama, who publishes the book Delphine Jubillar, a disappearance – investigation at the heart of a news item. In her book published by Rocher, she returns to the story of this cursed couple, in an attempt to better understand this file without a body.

The “Justice” specialist journalist went to Arthès to the northeast of Albi to meet those who knew the Jubillar couple. Indeed, they lived in this small town which they then left to settle in Cagnac-les-Mines after their marriage in 2013 and when Delphine was pregnant with her first child. Unsurprisingly after the many unfavorable portraits of Cédric Jubillar since the beginning of the affair, it is the painter-plasterer who leaves a bad memory to his former neighbors. The town mayor’s mother was allegedly harassed by the craftsman, “knocking on his door at night or rubbing his oily hands on the white wall of the facade“, says the city councilor who almost came to blows.

Another neighbor will report on a dispute which, in view of the events of 2020, raises many questions. Indeed, she also had with him neighborhood problems, between noisy parties, droppings from his dog or even a broken car – she is certain that it is Cédric Jubillar. She thus confided to the author of the book a scene engraved in her memory: “One evening, she heard screams. Approaching her window, she claims to have heard Cédric shouting at Delphine, telling him to get on his knees and look down.“The next time cries were heard at the Jubillar home was in Cagnac-les-Mines, on the night of December 15 to 16. Since then, Delphine has disappeared.
