Hearing on the testimony of his former fellow prisoner to whom he allegedly confessed to the murder of his wife, Cédric Jubillar formally denied the veracity of the facts. However, traces of blood found in a car question the investigators.

His hearing lasted barely an hour and a half. At the end of the third interrogation of Cédric Jubillar, his lawyers denounce an empty file, based on the declarations of a fellow prisoner, which they consider eccentric. “Cédric Jubillar was questioned mainly on these statements and declared that the latter had told nonsense. I believe that the research which has been carried out since December proves that this is the case”explained Me Alexandre Martin, one of the suspect’s lawyers.

A few months ago, this man with a heavy criminal record contacted the investigators. According to him, Cédric Jubillar would have confessed in prison to the murder of his wife Delphine. He would have revealed to him that he had transported his body in the Peugeot of a relative. In December, seven DNA samples were taken from this car and traces of blood were found. The owner is a hunter and investigators are trying to determine if it is animal or human blood. Still according to his fellow prisoner, Cédric Jubillar allegedly explained that he killed his wife with a knife and hid the body on a farm not far from the marital home.
