Cédric Jubillar, former companion of the missing Delphine Jubillar, continued to proclaim his innocence during his hearing on Friday, December 3, before two investigating judges at the Toulouse courthouse, franceinfo learned from one of his lawyers , Me Jean-Baptiste Alary. According to information from franceinfo, the little boy still evokes an argument between his parents, around 11 p.m. He explains that they were talking loudly which prompted him to get up to go and see. According to the child, Cédric Jubillar was holding his wife and she was telling her to stop. Cedric Jubillar then replied that since it is like that, they will separate, says the young boy.
