There star Academy made his return this Saturday, November 4, 2023. Viewers were able to meet their favorite host, Nikos Aliagas, and meet the 13 new students in addition to the teaching staff. Among the 13 candidates, two were already known to everyone, namely Axel and Lolawho had been featured live on the show Daily
by Yann Barthès several weeks ago. Lola also appeared with a brand new look during the first prime and seduced fans with her interpretation of the title by Joyce Jonathan and Vianney, “Girls today”.
Although his performance enchanted the audience, Lola she herself does not seem satisfied with her performance. At least that’s what she told the new stage expression teacher, Cécile Chaduteau, during the inevitable prime debriefing, which took place this Monday, November 6, 2023, during the daily show. “So, on the other hand, I don’t like my face at all… Really”, she confided when discovering the images. This statement surprised the professor: “What do you mean, ‘I don’t like my face’?”.

Lola in tears for the first Star Academy debriefing
Lola replied: “I’m not really satisfied… Because I have big eyes and the way the makeup was done… I’m not really satisfied with the result”, thus causing a slight frustration in his teacher. Indeed, Cécile Chaduteau immediately reacted and asked her student to work on “authenticity”. “Really. You talk about makeup, what it looks like… For me, you hid a lot behind a smile. You said it yourself”, she asserted in a firm tone. After listing all the problems observed, the teacher still wanted to reassure Lola.
“I understand part of what you mean. We all want to be beautiful”, she told him kindly. These words unfortunately brought a few tears down Lola’s face: “It’s such an unknown universe for me that it’s scary…”, she defended herself, holding a tissue and her eyes watering. Cécile Chaduteau, aware of her student’s distress, wanted to clarify things: “I’m here to explore areas of vulnerability, not to hurt you, so we can progress together and work through what’s wrong.” This first debriefing will be remembered, and probably that of Lola.
