Cauliflower velouté with walnut oil and coppa chips

To cook like a chef, here is the list of ingredients for 4 people and the recipe to follow step by step!

Ingredients

– 1 cauliflower

– 25 cl of milk

– 1 potato

– some water

– 5 slices of coppa

– 100 g of bacon

– 1 onion

– walnut oil

– 1 dl ratafia

– 25 cl of liquid cream

Preperation

Peel the onion and cut it finely. In a skillet, brown it with the bacon bits. Brown them then deglaze with a dash of ratafia, then set aside.

Wash and peel the cauliflower. Cut it into pieces and brown it in oil. Add a potato. Wet to height, with water and milk.

On a baking sheet, place the slices of coppa then dry them in the oven for 4 minutes at 200°C.

Mix the velouté and add the liquid cream. Season with salt and pepper, then add the walnut oil. In a deep plate, place the bacon bits and pour the velouté.

All you have to do is taste.
