Passion for coastal sports is back on the Saint-Nazaire seafront this Sunday, June 26, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Each year, the City of Saint-Nazaire offers this completely free day of activities in front of the skatepark, to try out a multitude of water and land sports on the Saint-Nazaire coast. On the program: nautical baptisms in catamaran, dinghy, canoe, kayak, paddle. But also the discovery of the long coast, the practice of hiking in the water, and workshops to raise awareness of safety at sea.
Afternoon highlights
- 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.: towing, kayak rolling, by SNOS Kayak
- 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.: environmental awareness with waste collection on the beach with Harmonie Mutuelle, Entraide Cancer, AMESA
- 2:30 p.m.: rope rescue with SESCB
- 3 p.m.: survival raft percussion with SNSM
- 3 p.m.: along the coast with Pierre Tortereau
- 4 p.m.: wingfoil demonstration
A dozen associations participate in this day.

The Nautical base of the skatepark of Saint-Nazaire will be open afterwards, from June 27 to August 27, from Monday to Saturday, and will offer catamaran sailing, windsurfing (in training, group lessons or hire) and canoes (hire).
