Catalan Sausage World Championship in Toulouges

the Catalan Sausage Club will organize on June 5 at the Clairfont park in Toulouges, the first ” World Championship “ Catalan sausage. The purpose of this association and this event is to promote this emblematic product of the department.

For this first championship, 33 P.-O butchers presented their homemade sausage and eight of them were selected for the grand final on June 5.

A big party around the Catalan sausage will take place this June 5:

The members of the Catalan Sausage Club will taste the sausages in the morning, their vote will count equally with that of the jury. In the middle of the afternoon, the champion will be designated.
