Caroline de Monaco: All smiles with Carole Bouquet for Chanel

The princely family of Monaco is living a very chic love story with Chanel! It continued this week, on the occasion of the Chanel Métiers d’Art show. Caroline de Monaco was one of the distinguished guests and met a friend there, the actress Carole Bouquet.

Chanel presented its Métiers d’Art 2021-2022 collection (or fall-winter 2022 pre-collection) on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. The event took place at 19M, a building of over 25,000 square meters bringing together several trades of fashion craftsmen and suppliers of major fashion houses (including Chanel), located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.

Caroline from Monaco went there! After a brief discussion with Carole Bouquet, the Monegasque woman returned to her reserved place and had author Anne Berest as her first neighbor. Masked, the two women carefully followed the successive passages of the models, dressed in the new Chanel collection designed by the artistic director Virginie Viard.

Maïwenn, Élodie Bouchez, Anna Mouglalis, singer Dani as well as Isabelle Adjani’s niece, Zoé, were also present. On the men’s side, actor Nicolas Maury, MC Solaar and Pharrell Williams were interested in Chanel ready-to-wear.

The latter, accompanied by his wife Helen Lasichanh and their eldest son Rocket (8 years), is still recovering from the death of his friend and admirer Virgil Abloh. The artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s men’s collections died on November 28, 2021 from rare cancer, at the age of 41. He was buried this Monday, December 6 in Chicago.
