Confitures du Climont are 40 kinds of jams and jellies, made in Alsace according to the traditional recipe: with fruit and sugar only, without gelling agents or preservatives. Currently managed by the second generation, this company is labeled by the French State Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant, the Excellence of French know-how. Every year, Jams from Climont produce more than 40 tons of jams and jellies.
