Rapper Cardi B pulled out her checkbook during a visit to her old school in the Bronx, reports TMZ: she donated $100,000 to him.

The singer and rapper landed Tuesday morning at her old school without her visit being announced, indicates TMZ. She chatted with the students, asked them about their favorite teachers and offered advice.
Cardi B also answered questions from the kids and, before leaving, announced a $100,000 donation that she wants to help fund after-school music and dance programs, as well as tutoring.
The rapper attended Alexander Macomb School between grades six and eight, according to TMZ. Her stop was part of a tour she is doing with the organization Community Capacity Development, based in Queens, a neighboring borough of the Bronx.
