The 2024 Olympics will have their documentary series
The Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games will for the first time be the subject, in addition to the usual official film, of a behind-the-scenes documentary series of the event, produced by brothers Jules and Gédéon Naudet.
The announcement was made following the presence of the Olympic flame on the steps of the Palais des Festivals.
“For five months, (…) until September 8, 2024 (date of the closing of the Paralympic Games, Editor’s note), Jules and Gédéon Naudet follow behind the scenes the athletes, partners and teams of Paris 2024 to testify exclusively about the “organization and deployment of the Games”, specify Paris 2024 and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in a press release.
Among these “privileged witnesses“, Tony Estanguet, president of the Olympic organizing committee, participants in the Olympic torch relay, volunteers and even members of the athletes’ entourage.
