The 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival is coming to an end soon. This Friday, May 27, the latest films in competition and out of competition were presented, including A little brother by Léonor Serraille with Ahmed Sylla who was experiencing his first time on the steps, unlike the sublime Helen Mirren and Andie MacDowell, L’Oréal muses. And Masqueradethe latest from the mind of Nicolas Bedos in which he features Marine Vacth, Isabelle Adjani, unfortunately absent, Pierre Niney and François Cluzet.
It was in a state of joy and excitement that Nicolas Bedos arrived at the bottom of the steps to present his third film at the Cannes Film Festival. If his actors were essential for this stroll on the red carpet, he was however unable to pose with Isabelle Adjani, deprived of this beautiful evening due to a health problem. But the director was able to console himself with the best of people: Pauline Desmonts, the woman who has shared his life for several years.
If he was proud to reveal the images of Masquerade, Nicolas Bedos was much more, taking his darling by the hand to advance towards the steps. Pauline, angelic blonde, landed in a transparent black dress, laced on the stomach and covered with lace on the top. A magnificent amazon that the 43-year-old filmmaker was more than happy to have on his arm at such an important event for him.
Between Nicolas Bedos and the Cannes Film Festival, it’s a beautiful love story that began in 2019, two years after the release of his very first feature film, Mr and Mrs Adelman. In 2019, his film The good times, worn wonderfully by his ex-girlfriend Doria Tillier and Daniel Auteuil, was presented out of competition at the Cannes Film Festival. Last year, he had the heavy task of directing the third part ofOSS 117 : Red alert in black Africaalso presented out of competition on the closing night before again this year, the work of Nicolas Bedos is honored on the red carpet.
