The famous investigator Candice Renoir (played by Cécile Bois) will evolve in a new city with new characters. “Candice will be transferred to Marseille. The idea came when we started working on the first 90-minute special. We said to ourselves that by changing the location, with all that implies new relationships, new colleagues and new settings, there was still potential“, said Anne Holmes again. A rebirth also possible thanks to “great authors who manage to renew themselves and surprise us systematically“.
This is very good news for fans of fiction. On the other hand, they will no doubt be disappointed to learn that a project has been canceled in favor of this surprise eleventh season. Indeed, Candice Renoir will not ultimately cross the path ofAlex Hugo (played by Samuel Le Bihan) for a highly anticipated crossover. “We had to deal with scheduling issues. Our shoots take a lot of time for both Cécile Bois and Samuel Le Bihan, not to mention their external projects.
