A TikTok video, which has racked up 3.1 million views, features an analysis of one of the images the brand showed at the launch of its holiday collection in mid-November.

“Five things stand out in one of Balenciaga’s campaign photos,” says marcbaigent, the creator of the video. These items, identified as “Lucifer totems,” include a design featuring a devil-like figure and a black cowl that could be worn by members of a Satanic cult.

“Even the boy’s shoes look like the eyes of the devil,” the narrator continues. He also points out the presence of a candle that could have been used in a ritual.

Adhesive tape, on which is inscribed the name of the brand with two A’s (Baalenciaga), would refer to Baal, an ancient deity embodying fertility. She would have been adored by the Canaanites, a population of the ancient Near East who would have sacrificed children. “Finally, we see a teddy bear with a sadomasochistic outfit. He wears a padlock around his neck. Is it a coincidence?” concludes the narrator.

“Baal enci aga = Baal is the king in Latin”, shares this Internet user.

Several people have made links between the Balenciaga scandal and the crimes of billionaire Jeffrey Eptsein.

Even controversial Andrew Tate has spoken out on the controversy, saying “they know very well what they’re doing.”

“These campaigns are an admission of guilt on the part of the pedophile elites, he claims in a video on Twitter. They want to see if you are accomplices”.

Other Internet users, from the religious right, reacted to the controversy.

Some see it as a method of indoctrination used by the liberal left to turn children into “wokes and LGBT” adults.

“The West condemns Balenciaga for its scandal surrounding pedophilia. In a few years, they will normalize this action. Remember how the LGBT movement started,” this Twitter user wrote.

“The left has condemned Goya Foods because its CEO said Donald Trump was an ‘incredible builder’ and that America was ‘blessed’ to have him as president,” said Shukri Abdirahman, a Republican candidate for the American Congress. But no one talks about the Balenciaga ad trying to indoctrinate kids into the disgusting woke/LGBT/pedophile lifestyle.”

The Balenciaga scandal continues to swirl as the hashtag #cancelBalenciaga has quickly trended higher on Twitter and TikTok.

More and more influencers are cutting their ties with this fashion empire. Some of them even filmed themselves burning and damaging clothes.

Kim Kardashian, a great ambassador for Balenciaga, said she was reassessing her ties to the brand.

Some Internet users have even left the framework of social networks to go and vandalize shops.

The brand has filed a $25 million lawsuit against a production house and a designer responsible for one of the advertising campaigns.

She also apologized for shocking the public.

“We strongly condemn the abuse of children, writes Balenciaga on Instagram. Both of our campaigns have several gross errors for which we take full responsibility.”
