Canadian players have fun for a good cause

The KR8 Classic, held Saturday at the Sports Rousseau Center of Excellence, raised $60,000 for Leucan. Several NHL players and public figures have joined forces, including two members of the Montreal Canadiens organization: Rafaël Harvey-Pinard and Joshua Roy.

Canadian prospect Joshua Roy was the captain of “Team Roy” who played a four-on-four match against Georges Laraque’s “Team Laraque”.

Team Raphael wins

In the end, “Team Raphaël” won the main event of the event, which raised $60,000 for Leucan and which was attended by 1,400 people, a record.
