This year’s ceremony, hosted by Marie-Mai, will be particularly noteworthy, with, among others, the induction of Bryan Adams and his accomplice Jim Vallance, whose work as a songwriter has won four Juno awards, the renowned composer David Foster, who has worked closely with Celine Dion and Whitney Houston, as well as Franco-Manitoban singer Daniel Lavoie, author of numerous hits including the unmissable They love each other. Chad Kroeger, Corey Hart, Jessie Reyez, Charlotte Cardin, Serena Ryder, Deborah Cox, Pierre Lapointe, Bobby Bazini, Bruno Pelletier and Marie-Mai will be on stage to perform some of the classics of the inducted artists.

Moreover, in a ceremony that took place in Montreal at the Théâtre Jean-Duceppe on August 7, Daniel Lavoie proceeded to the enthronement of singer-songwriter Sylvain Lelièvre. The Quebec singer, who died in April 2002, had already received a first tribute from the Canadian Hall of Fame on the occasion of the enthronement of his memorable song Marie-Helenein 2015.
