(Ottawa) Quebec rapper FouKi, Montreal funk duo Chromeo and singer Corneille will perform at the Canada Day concert on Parliament Hill.
The list of artists who will participate in the celebrations at Parc des Plaines-LeBreton, in Ottawa, was revealed Tuesday by Canadian Heritage.
Among the other Quebec artists who will participate in the festivities, we find the singer Sara Dufour and the Innu singer-songwriter Kanen, who was crowned revelation of the year at the last ADISQ gala.
Also featured will be Toronto rock group Metric, rap legend Maestro Fresh Wes, Nova Scotia duo Neon Dreams and Calgary singer-dancer Kiesza.
The show, titled Canada Day: Keep up! will begin at 8 p.m. and will be hosted by Isabelle Racicot.
It will be presented live on ICI Télé and CBC, as well as on the ICI tou.tv and CBC Gem platforms.
In preparation for the concert, spectators can vote online for their favorite FouKi and Metric songs, which they will perform on stage. The survey will close on May 28.
