During a speech in Strasbourg on 9 May, on the occasion of the the Conference on the Future of Europe, Emmanuel Macron said to himself “favorable” to one “revision of the treaties” of the EU as proposed by the European Parliament. Thirteen of the 27 member countries are opposed to it. This subject will be discussed at a summit in June.
